AHS Boys Basketball Gets Involved with Service Projects to Help Others

East Elementary

AHS Boys Basketball has chosen LPS' East Elementary and its students for this year's community service project, collecting equipment and monetary donations for the PE Department at East. Members of the various teams went to East and made the delivery on December 16 on behalf of the entire Boys Basketball Program. Thank you to the boys, and all who contributed, for this gesture of goodwill to others in our district!

Toys for Tots

We also continued our donations to the AHS Toys for Tots program, which provides toys to less-fortunate children in the Denver area, helping to bring smiles to these kids during the holiday season. Our contributions accounted for 65 (soon-to-be) well-used basketballs.
